Please read/follow ALL the instructions/rubric for the 1.3 assignment (attached). I have included my 2 pieces of supporting evidence for Competency 1. You will need to complete TWO Competency 1 Template Rationales, one for each piece of supporting evidence answering ALL (questions 1-3 approx 2 pages per rationale). One for Implements ethical use of technology and the other for Assesses feedback from supervision and consultation to guide professional judgment and behavior. I have attached a sample one for further clarification. My agency in the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA). I work with Veteran’s in the Primary Care Clinic and through the Home Based Primary Care Program (HBPC). Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
