To follow the tradition of academic writing paper, listing the bullet points of your findings is discouraged. Instead, “Findings” should be constructed as connected, coherent and cohesive paragraphs to connect different points of findings.
The section on the “Findings” needs better connection with literature review, especially the theoretical literature. This can increase the theoretical depth of the analysis.
I recommend you include two subsections under “Recommendations”: one on “Recommendations for Future Assessment” and the other on “Recommendations for Program Improvement” and discuss how both assessment and the program can be improved in the future. In particular, “Recommendations for Program Improvement” need to be further enriched and supported with specific data and evidence from your analysis.
The interview notes and transcripts can be appended to the paper in the end, but not appear in the main body.
