He misspelled the word explaining, he spelled it expalining. You have to use latex software, and texshop (that’s part of the latex software). You also have to have software to convert the texshop file(s) into a pdf like texstudio. The final project should be a pdf. You can download the latex, texshop and texstudio software for free off the internet.
