Please choose ONE concept from chapter 1-9 of the HDEV textbook
Write 1 Page – Times New Roman, size 12 font, double spaced.
40% of your paper (4pts) will be describing the topic. Pretend you are explaining the concept to a friend or a peer. They haven’t heard of the concept, so you need to give them some background. Use your own words. DO NOT copy from the textbook, or from a website (Turnitin will know, so I will know, and you will get a 0).
The other 40% of your paper (4pts) is discussing why it is beneficial for your future to know this information. Please be specific. If it will help in a specific career, what career, and why. If it will help you as a parent, or an aunt/uncle, why. In what specific ways is your life going to be easier because you know this information.
The last 20% (2 pts) is to properly reference your source using APA format. In this first reflection paper, you can cite the textbook as your source if that is the source that you used. Feel free to cite other PEER REVIEWED sources if you think they were helpful. To properly cite a source, remember that every source must have both an in-text citation as well as a full citation in your reference page.
