Throughout Module 2, we have explored various competencies that OD consultants must possess. Regardless of your desire, or lack thereof, to become employed as an OD practitioner, it is important to recognize that you will be involved in change efforts, throughout your career, especially when you advance into higher-level organizational positions. This week, you are required to do the following:
Provide a list of 5 to 7 competencies that you believe all OD practitioners should possess.
Explain 2 to 3 competencies, based upon the 5 to 7 listed, that you believe you should further develop. Justify why you need to further develop these competencies.
