Attached is my Final Essay Exam but I really need to expand each question without giving away the answer. It’s supposed to be an interview-type question.

Interview Question: Now, you will create a well-constructed open-ended question that clearly incorporates the key issue or problem presented in your introduction. For example:
What issues might be causing this dearth of quality leadership-programs in criminal justice organizations, and how does a CJ administrator actually make effective leadership a part of their organization?
