On difficult access patients, does ultrasound guided imaging placement of peripheral intravenous catheters improve the quality of insertions compared to standard methods?

I want to implement the use of ultrasound guided imaging of peripheral intravenous catheters on medical surgical floors due to the fact that nurses are not able to access and/or trying multiple attempts on patient who have difficult access such as “no veins” or difficult veins to work with. In addition, I also want to include any training that involves how to use an ultrasound guided imaging.The nurses on the floor are ALL new!!! Which can also be a huge factor!!
