Instructions for improvements for the excel spreadsheet ratios for project component 1: Hard inputs are not allowed for 2018 ratios and other years, where is the truncation amount (millions or thousands), all ratios must have numerator and denominator amounts for all ratios. Industry averages are needed for all ratios.
