My Topic To Write About Is: Sexual Harrassment With Organization

I found great interest to discuss
about this topic because it’s a thing that’s actively occurring in most
organization. For this paper I want to research the problem and effect in which
sexual harassment cause within an organization. Most people today loose their
jobs because of this act. The
negative consequences of harassment can be long lasting and severe. People who
experience sexual harassment in any work environment can suffer chronic health
problems, depression, substance abuse, employment difficulties and relationship
problems. Also the cost to business can be high. Even now as a student athlete
I experience these habits and believe that certain things would not be
classified as sexual harassment when it is. In addition as an international
individual not knowing where an opportunity can exist to work, I believe knowing
about this act would develop my knowledge and understanding as what to do and
say within a organization as people background and culture are different and
what is acceptable by one’s country might be unacceptable by another country.
Writing this paper will identify and explain the problems encounter with sexual
harassment that employer, employees and customer face. I’m excited to discuss
the topic and better enhance my understanding with this act within the
organization.
