Policies are supposed to be implemented to implement change in society. However, the majority or policies created oppress, target, and maintain the status quo of society. PLEASE talk about how the policy targets African American impoverished children. Most children are not taken from their families because of neglect or abuse. it is because their families are in poverty. Mention how they provide benefits for foster care families but not for the original families of the children. Mention how Children’s identity is everything and taking them from their sense of who they are is cruel and creates damage. <
