It is critical that the student does not just deal with superficial questions and answers, but probe and delve beneath the surface to get a profile of the leader.
Based on what the student assessed from the interview, identify the leader’s strengths and weaknesses, using leadership theories.
Requirements
a. The leader must currently supervise a team of at least five (5) subordinates (can be full-time or part-time).
d. Students will ask a minimum of 10 Questions, which include questions to assess the leader based on a minimum of 5 specific theories covered in the class from week one to week six.
