Learners must develop an HR Leadership Profile and Talent
Management Philosophy Statement that explains the type of
manager/HR specialist they want to be and how employees will be
viewed and treated by them. Management philosophies are
personal documents that act as a reference document for you, as an
HR professional, front-line manager, or business owner. This means
that you can make them whatever you want them to be. Any length,
structure, or components are acceptable, depending on what
works best for the individual manager.
