Just like I said for the topic, the paper is an essay that will compare and make insightful connections between Catcher in the Rye, A Complicated Kindness, and To Kill a Mockingbird. There seems to be some good connections and points to make between Catcher in the Rye and A Complicated Kindness, but To Kill a Mockingbird doesn’t really fit that well, so if you find that you have to force connections that don’t really work well then you can just remove that book and compare the other two. I have attached a document that contains all the details regarding this assignment, including the standards and marking scheme, please read the document including the rubric and abide by it (Forget about the section that talks about notes). The three sources are just the books, you should cite the books in MLA and then properly integrate quotations and cite them within the paper as well. Let me know if you have any questions.
