I’ve started a “User”, role-based spring boot web application with a MySQL datab

I’ve started a “User”, role-based spring boot web application with a MySQL database. I need the security configuration setup properly so that users can be properly authenticated with their email and bcrypted password using JWT.
Also the “Property” entity needs to be able to persist photos to a table in my database.
Lastly, I need one more endpoint that allows the “Property” to be edited (updated). Current have that setup, but I don’t think I did it correctly.
Included is a zip of the current project and another txt file with SQL scripts I’ve been using in the MySQL
