It’s like a speech, statement, or letter for retirement. It needs to get improved, I don’t know exactly how to fix it, I believe it needs to delete, add, and fix the written.
The letter is:
Asalam alaikom, good morning
I began working for Aramco after finally heeding my father’s advice to work in the Company. My father said Aramco was the best place to work because of the work culture, to improve my English language, and to gain important knowledge and skills—all the requirements for a good future, one that would enable me to build a good family
However, at that time, I was loved football too much, and my mind was all about playing football. However after that, following my father’s advice,
I joined the Company on Monday, January 17, 1981, working with Engineering Services Department in Drawings srvs . Then I transferred to the Drafting unit as a draftsman after finishing the draftsman course. In 1990, following the Gulf War, I transferred to the CADD unit. During the war, I worked daily more than 12 hours because many of my colleagues left the company. I had to cover 5 employees’ jobs. It was a very stressful time.
In April 2000, I transferred to PEDU, PEDD, TSPA to start working with the Logistics & Delivery program unit, where I’ve been for the last 22 years. I enjoyed the job. I enjoyed solving problems, interacting with participants and instructors. Even though it was hard work, the course weekly average was 25 on that time between 2012-2015 which ware deliver in deferent area Dhahran, Dammam RT, Abqaiq, Tanajib, and out SA like in KFUPM, and deferent hotels. I always enjoyed coming to work, working with my colleagues goal was to keep every things moving and improving. Ilhumdul’Allah, our work was as team work in good shape.
this is the nature life, employees come to build and other come to follow up and continue the production and improvement.
The nature of work that people come and people go, and the Company keeps moving on. And now it is my time to go, after bidding farewell to so many before me.
I’ll take with me all my experiences, knowledge and culture from this Company. All the benefits this very generous Company bestowed on me and my family. And I’ll take with me all of my profound friendships with my colleagues, past and present. I’m now at the point in life where I can advise my children as my father advised me, to celebrate their accomplishments and enjoy my grandchildren. It is indeed a blessing to live to see your children work in medicine, law, and other professions.
From my heart, I thank everyone here, all those that have gone before me, and all the many, many friends I’ve made along the way. I want to thank Saudi Aramco, the most generous of companies, that made my current life possible. And although my father who was tough with me on that time to follow SA and stared work with , I thank God for his wisdom and his direction.
