The essay addresses all of the Learning Outcomes for this module by requiring students to consider and analyse:
the nature and sources of transnational commercial law;
the role of the principal institutions responsible for the harmonization of transnational commercial law;
the approaches available for the harmonization of transnational commercial law; and,
the products and processes of key selected aspects of the harmonization of the law relating to international transactions.
