I want you please to write me a week report on my internship at the National Bank of Kuwait. I’d like an edit to what i have written in 1 page please.
During my first week working with the National Bank of Kuwait, shamiya brach, I have been welcomed by the service officer and he showed me the way to the manager office and i have been wholeheartedly welcomed by Mr. Farraj Alobaidi. I have been toured in the branch and they have explained to me about each position generally. Firstly, employees take place as tellers. Tellers serves customers with depositing and withdrawal, telex transfer, GPO cheques. Secondly, once they complete the teller position they move on to service officer. Service officers, are a big part of making the branch successful, they organize the customers and guide them. They have to stick to Qmatic system and welcome any complaint sincerely. Thirdly, employees upgrade to the next position which is relationship officer. Relation officers handle general inquiries, open accounts, establish loans, and make customers satisfied. I have spent the first day in one of the RO’s office. She has shown me the system and how it works. We have accepted customers with different problems, and made sure they’ve left satisfied. I have noticed that NBK’s regular customers are different, they do not have a specific segment to focus on. We have witnessed elderly and young adults, Kuwaitis and non- Kuwaitis.
