In your lesson plan, you needed to refer to a reading standard and a writing one. You can’t write without a purpose for writing, especially when using a reading passage to pull from.  The lesson objective should refer to the reading and writing standards and the language standards would be addressed in the mentor sentence practice each day.  For assessments, you should have a focus for each day not just the writing rubric. In your lesson plan, you only addressed one day -it should have been a five day plan .
