In this assignment, you will be formulating strategies your company using the SWOT matrix, the BCG matrix, and the QSPM matrix. Please submit all your work in a single MS word document (e.g., you may insert screenshots of the completed matrices). Specifically:
1. Create a Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) Matrix based on the key internal and external factors you identified in Assignments 3 & 4. (Tip: You may modify the table from the “Kung Fu Tea” activity to make your own SWOT matrix.)
