Implement functions as shown in the picture provided.  Some functions are already created you can build off those, please see the given code first and foremost to understand it.  Need to an input number of columns which generates a drop down menu accepting a text and copies that text info into the data table.  Do the same operations/functions for the rows.    Add round (row) and add candidate (column) can be buttons at the bottom of the drop down menu.  The buttons should generate another row/column respectively.  Ignore all of the middle part of the data table, that is not required at the moment.
