I work for an agency called opportunity now that services students with disabilities and IEPs to help them function in the world like regular students. The program is set up for them to get jobs once they graduate from college, and possibly live independently. The mission of the opportunity now program is to empower individuals with disabilities and IEPs to achieve their highest potential by providing resources for personal, social, and professional growth. The resources include education, training, skills development, mentoring, counseling, employment placement, and charitable contributions and involvement. So this paper will be coming up with a process of evaluating the program of different ways it can possibly be better.
