I will need a chart created and filled out (the business model canvas) i will attach the image of what the business model canvas has and needs. As for my business idea, it will be shoes that can change soles. You can either change the soles to nonslip, or change it to heels for a casual wear, cleats, styrofoam cushion for athletic wear, and even a sole with an attached wheel (similar to heelys). The shoes will be sold with the styrofoam cushion and the soles will be sold separately and the customers can pick and choose what soles they want for their shoes and be able to customize it. There are already several brands that may have started this so there will be competition in this business. The shoes also comes in different colors of the rainbow.
