I have attached an organizational assessment for the background information need for my company.

Please refer to the required readings/viewings and resources in the module on Stakeholder Analysis and Management Module 9 : Stakeholder Analysis and Management and the details in the following file.
Identify a current or future project in your work or use your DNP Project. For the project – I have attached a problem identification paper to show what I would like to focus on.
Conduct a stakeholder analysis.
Identify the potential stakeholders.
Prioritize the stakeholders.
Reflect on each stakeholder and determine how each stakeholder is likely to respond to the project, what each stakeholder needs to know, and how to best communicate with each stakeholder.
Develop a stakeholder management plan for the project.
The Stakeholder Analysis is the Clinical Scholarship Portfolio (CSP) Assignment Paper for N6847 Organizations and Systems Leadership.
In order for assignments/papers to be acceptable for submission to your CSP Repository, the assignment/paper must receive a passing grade (80 or above) and have all revisions indicated by faculty completed. The assignment must be “clean” with no track changes, comments, or other notations.
The process for completing your CSP paper for submission is as follows.
Submit your paper as usual to the N6847 Canvas site by 10/25/2021, 11:59 pm.
You will receive a numerical grade and feedback from faculty on your submission. You must receive a grade of 80 or better for the paper to be acceptable for submission to your CSP file
Regardless of the numerical grade on the initial submission, you must make the requested changes and resubmit the revised/clean paper as Rev1 to the N6847 Organizations and Systems Leadership Canvas site before 11/29/2021.
This is an iterative process which means you need to allow sufficient time for the faculty to review (and possibly rereview) your submission(s) and for you to make revisions.
The faculty will review the revised submission and assign a “grade” of complete or incomplete.
If the grade is complete you will be approved to submit a pdf copy of your revised/clean paper as the FINAL paper for N6847 to the CSP Repository on Canvas).
If the grade is incomplete, the faculty will tell you what revisions are still required in order for the submission to meet the required standards for a CSP assignment/paper. Make the revisions that need to be made and resubmit the assignment/paper as Rev2 via the N6847 Organizations and Systems Leadership Canvas site.
All Revised CSP papers must be submitted to the CSP Repository by the end of the semester 12/10/2021.
