I have two programs One is in C the other is in pascal The one in pascal is supp

I have two programs
One is in C
the other is in pascal
The one in pascal is supposed to be a rewritten version of the one in C, but it does not quite work.
Please adjust the pascal program to match. It should be able to be ran with a command prompt with a file given via the said CMD
Included in the file is both programs, two example input datas. As well as more specific instructions as to what it should look like.
I will note algol68 is not actually relevant at all, nor do I need anything done with the C program
