I have a 8 page draft, however it is not what a bill is supposed to be. it is due tomorrow morning. it has to have as many sections as it takes to explain how the bill will work as in the rules, funding, etc. All you have to do is create the rules and edit the information to format it more correctly as to how a bill is to be formatted.
