I am a young vibrant 17-year-old teenage female who loves competitive cheerleading and hanging out with my friends. At the age of 14 I realize my back was very crooked and found out that I had a 36° curvature and was diagnosed with scoliosis. Over the last several years I’ve had a lot of back pain, lots of chiropractor visits, had to wear a back brace to school and to bed. It was all very trying on me but I no longer have to wear the back brace, and I’ve learned to deal with living with this condition I still do competitive cheerleading and although I have pain most days, I’ve learned to manage it and continue on.
