I‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍ need a repone to this discussion: Preferences and learning

I‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍ need a repone to this discussion: Preferences and learning styles are different for every individual, taking various forms to fit people of certain background, culture, or age. The four most common learning styles are visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and reading or writing. Visual learners retain information by visual presentation, such as pictures, diagrams, charts, or written directions. These individuals may learn best through drawing or writing things down themselves, or by remembering an object, picture, or presentation they seen. Auditory learners learn best by listening to voices such as presentations in group settings, music, videos, or audio tapes rather than written material. Since sound is reinforced, they may repeatedly listen to material or speak out loud them self. Kinesthetic learners are more active and may touch things when learning because they become more engaged in the work. By using things like the white boards, dancing or acting out something for memorizations helps to stimulate learning techniques, abstract ideas and difficult concepts become easier to understand (Malvik, 2020). Reading and writing learners learn by reading written words from essays, research articles, internet, or books. Therefore they will repeatedly write down things or take lots of notes for memorization or learning. Since the project will be focusing on how to educate the parents on screening their children ‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‍more often and what resources they may utilize, zeroing in on screening the children three years or younger for vision impairments, my audience will be adults. Therefore knowing that the preschool chosen has a highly accredited credentials and parents pay good money for childcare, there is a sense that most individuals being taught have an education of high school reading level or higher. Meaning any style would be useful, but I always think when someone is trying to teach or appease an audience, the audience always pays attention to the look of the presentation, so I will choose visual learning. Focusing on pictures, simple charts and graphs. The statistics and information found will be simplified in a pamphlet or presentation form, since most people have busy lives. I do not think this will impeded much on any other learning style cause if I decide to do a presentation that appeases the auditory and visual learners, while giving hand outs or pamphlets for people to write on and read appeases the reading and writing learners. I feel like kinesthetic learners are a good combination of everything but may be the least helpful in how I get my message across. References Malvik, C.
