Hi there! I would like for someone to write my literature review for my thesis on the subject given in the project title. The literature review is focused on finding the literature that suits the several hypotheses I have stated. Whenever literature and theories are found that state the opposite of the given hypotheses, you are allowed to state the direction of the hypothesis the other way. The idea of this research is that the main relationship is between “CSR contracting” and “(extra-)financial firm outcomes”. The latter can be split up into financial performance outcomes (like ROA / ROE / ROS) and corporate social performance outcomes (based on the ESG scores from Refinitiv). There is also the moderating effect of the board composition (which is based on board independence, gender diversity, and board size). More on these relationships is noted in the proposal file below.
The articles that I take as examples for this study, and on which I based my original research topic are that of Cavaco et al. (2020) and Flammer et al. (2019). Both of these articles I have uploaded for you to have a good starting point. These articles go into the same direction as my study.
I will also link the proposal that I have written below, so you can have a general feeling of my study. There is also a list with some literature that I already used in formulating my research.
Here are already the several hypotheses for which I would like you to write my literature review:
