Hi nice to work with you again. The previous paper was good but I had to do a little bit of extra work compared to the previous ones. The references were outdated (2004). I get scored down when I do not use references within 5 or 6 years. I have to do extra work of finding updated resources. I am kindly pleading with you to please consider the dates of the reference. From 2015 is fine.  Otherwise the paper was good as usual. For this assessment we will be using most of the information in  Assessment 1, to complete a comprehensive care coordination plan. Do you still have that document? I can send it to you. I have attached the instructions and grading rubric. I trust you to do your thing. Kindly pardon me for the last time.
