Goal Setting Journal
Make a Journal about how you achieved your goal of prioritizing time management and minimized procrastinating throughout the semester so far. Make up a journal or daily record of your behaviors and the strategies used to achieve your goal for 2 consecutive weeks. The journal needs to be comprehensive and should include quantitative measurements of the things you are doing to achieve your goal (e.g., food diary, exercise log, weekly weigh-ins, etc.) and a qualitative measurement (e.g., your thoughts as you work towards your goal). Describe the barriers you encounter and how you problem solved. What steps did you take – or not take – as you worked to achieve your goal. Discuss your thoughts in meeting the challenge of trying to achieve your goal.
The journal should be set-up as a daily record, with each day recording your progress and thoughts.
