Based on your chosen target behavior and priority audience for your final project, submit a report describing potential barriers to and benefits from changing the target behavior, potential motivators and influential others to consider. Purpose: Reduce and prevent injury due to electric scooter and bicycle riding. Focus: Change target behavior of wearing a helmet when biking or riding an electric scooter. Target Behavior: Wear a helmet when biking or riding an electric scooter. Competition behavior: Not wearing a helmet Target Audience: College students ages 18-25 (piloted at Rutgers University in New Brunswick New Jersey).
