For this assignment, you need to read the attach paper, and write a one-page critique.
Each critique must consist of the following sections:
1- Paper summary (2-3 lines)
2- Strengths (2-3 points), what you liked about the paper
3- Weaknesses (2-3 points), what you did not like
4- Detailed comments explaining your points (Strengths & Weaknesses).
Finally, the critique should be in the IEEE double-column format, maximum 11pt font size, and a maximum of 1 page is expected.
