For this assignment, you must read a scientific article from a peer reviewed journal and interpret it for a lay audience. This article should be one of the 5 approved articles from your original approved lit search. The ‘post’ should effectively relay the results of the study without using technical jargon and without distorting any results. Remember, this post would be accessible to everyone on the Internet, so it must be easy to understand for people with any level of education.
The post should be between 250-350 words and must include an image to catch the readers’ attention. Also, include a link to the original article for reference. You will be graded on:
your interpretation of the results
spelling and grammar
your ability to relay the take-home message of the study without introducing any bias or using scientific jargon
your ability to summarize the big ideas from the research article while still keeping a conversational tone
