Need to touch on all twelve of the human factors in aircraft maintenance, describe the types and kinds of errors (unintentional, intentional) (latent, active), different ways to improve communication in aircraft maintenance between maintenance personnel, and maintenance personnel and pilots. Also need different ways to mitigate reasons why lack of communication occur.
