Writing is logically organized in a way that allows the reader to follow the patterns of ideas in existing research on the issue
The nature of your own argument in relation to existing research in clearly stated
Current sources (minimum of eight required) are properly cited in text as well as in the bibliography using APA style
At least four of those sources are published by experts on the topic (University Faculty, Government Agency, or Non-Profit Think Tank)
Assignment contains a title block on the first page on the left-hand side and your name and page number on subsequent pages
Overall length of assignment (6-8 pages required)
Appropriate use of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary
