Ethics in Practice Projects
Quoting from the syllabus, “Let’s not just talk ethics.”
For your final project, you have undertaken a ‘good,’ ‘valuable’ activity. To this activity, you dedicated 3-5 hours to engage in what would be a positive contribution to your community or the wider world. The schedule continues as planned:
Week 3-5: Ideate, Plan, and Schedule a “good and valuable” activity.
Weeks 6-7: Invest 3-5 hours of your time in the “good and valuable” activity you have chosen. This may be completed earlier.
Week 8: Share your experience. Include a media component (Powerpoint, video, etc.).
To this discussion, please post your course project materials for the class by Friday. Your presentation must have a media component (Powerpoint, video, etc.) and should contain the following:
An introduction to your Ethics in Action project.
A brief background on how and why you selected your “good and valuable” activity.
A descriiption of your personal experience.
A reflection on “good” and “value” as experienced through this activity.
A highlight of personal takeaways from the experience.
