I have complete half of my literature review but am stuck on the previous studies.
Dissertation field of study: Organizational Leadership.
Topic: Educational Leadership in Rural Areas
Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative case study is to explore how novice rural school principals describe overcoming challenges to instructional leadership in the Southwest.
I need 10 pages of previous studies in rural principal leadership to EXCLUDE my gap articles: Grisson, Egalite, and Lindsay (2021), Klocko and Justis (2019), Parson and Hunter (2019), and Wieczorek and Maynard (2018).
I need 6 pages of previous studies that used Situational Leadership Theory (Hersey and Blanchard).
