Do not summarize the paper. Rather discuss it, critique it, respond to it, defend it, criticize it, point out short-comings, or point out strengths. I want to see an analysis and a rich discussion. keep the following in mind
1. What was interesting?
2. What did you learn?
3. What was unclear?
4. What was a weakness of the article?
5. What was a strength of the article?
6. What questions do you have about the information presented?
7. What improvements could be made to the experimental design or article itself?
8. Do you think the conclusions make sense and/or agree with the findings?
9. Anything surprising?
10. Is the experimental group large enough and diverse enough to make the claims that the authors make?
11. Any short-comings of the research?
