This is some information about my research:
(The participants of this study are children between 8 and 10 years old, all of them are of Hispanic descent or are newcomers to the United States, originating from Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Ecuador, with their mother tongue being Spanish. Most of the children have received little or no exposure to English.
Purpose: 21, 3rd grade bilingual students are divided into 3 different groups. These groups were created depending on the levels of proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the ACCESS test.)
