Design a training and development program to change the culture of the hospital in regard to reducing patient care errors. Use your textbook, the articles provided in AsULearn and articles from credible sources to create the training and development program.
The following items should be included in the program.
1) Training objectives that specify the desired KSAOCs employees will possess following the training. Write at least 3 training objectives for 3 different levels of employee (i.e. senior leaders, mid-level managers, and direct-care workers)
2) A training curriculum for one of the levels/positions in question # 1 (i.e. senior leaders, mid-level managers, and direct-care workers). Be sure to take into account the issues noted on page 294. Include at least 5 training techniques and how they will be used.
3) Evaluation the training.
4) A discussion of how you account for the critical dimensions of HC training and development (see Figure 12.1, p 308).
5) Describe two organizational development strategies from chapter 13 that can be used to operationalize Just Culture in this hospital.
