Dear writer, I choosing you to help with this paper because you have an idea of this class already. I will explain in details now: The project encompasses:
1. Needs Assessment.
2. Proposal.
3. Putting together a lesson plan (material handout) just like the handout you made for my presentation.
4. Implementation (How will the project be implemented) teaching techniques: e.g with the use of presentation slides, venue for the presentation, giving out survey paper to the public. questionnaire, etc.
5. Evaluation form for the audience
6. Self evaluation (Whom it went, what did I learn from the project, did it go well, if not, how could I learn from it”?).
I will attach enough documents to implement the needed 6 outlines for the project. I think we’ll need to create maybe a 6 slides presentation to show what techniques I used. I’ll also want to create a survey questions for the population or my audience. Which is different from Evaluation form.
I’ll attached a proposal guide, sample of an evaluation form, implementation guide, lesson plan guide, and needs assessment.
This assignment is more like putting or showing all the materials I used for the community workshop.
The possible topics I’m thinking about are: Nutrition for seniors, Nutrition Assistance Programs, Nutrition and heart disease, Nutrition and cancer.
Possible locations: Nursing home, Hospital, Rehabilitation Center, etc.
I think I want my lesson plan to be put in a table as shown in the attached sample. Also a material handout is needed. Thanks!
Putting it together explains the project more. But the outlined points (1 -6) must be in the project.
The community workshop detailed/comprehensive instructions is added at the very end of the attached materials.
