Implementation and Evaluation (2-3 pages) The Program Description will include a general description of all program planning, implementation and evaluation activities related to the above strategies. The allotted time frame for the proposed program will be six months (first two months should be devoted to planning only and the remaining four months to program implementation and evaluation). Make sure to include formation and activities of an Advisory Committee. Include the following: Two intervention strategies: a) Health communication strategy (mass communication); b) Health education strategy (e.g., workshop/s or lesson/s). Include at least one learner objective for each workshop or lesson; Evaluation: How will the evaluation of the intervention be conducted? You will collect data during the intervention (process evaluation) and after the intervention (impact evaluation).Explain how you will do both.
