Crew Resource Management (CRM) was born from a recommendation from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), after United Airlines Flight 173 crashed after fuel exhaustion while the crew was distracted with an inoperative landing gear light. Ever since then, CRM is constantly changing and getting better with training. How do you define CRM in your own words? Why is it important?
