Grading Criteria for Executive Briefs: for questions that are not numerical problems but subjective, how in-depth your response is the key criterion.
The response is expected to completely address all the question(s) asked.
The richness and quality of the response will be considered.
Looking for your insight related to the Supply Chain i.e. the effect on the supply chain and how it can be made better.
No introduction / summary needed, don’t repeat the case.
Focus on supply chain issues, mention the causes for the problems clearly and be precisely.
Supply chain is a concept of brainstorming, analysis and understanding the case (situation)
Don’t just to convey what is happening or what is mentioned.
Executive brief responses are to be in 2 paragraphs, not more than a page.
For the numerical questions, there will be a full credit to each correct answer, if proper calculation is shown along with the formula.
Remember your addressing the CEO of the company, who already knows the situation well in great detail. Hence you need to be precise, thoughtful and deliver the highest quality.
