Competing in a Flat World has been the main theme during this module. Hopefully you have learnt many different concepts and conditions under which the philosophy explained in the book works. In this last individual assignment please explain which companies or organizations should rely on the likes of Li & Fung to manage their production and supply networks? For example, should Apple, Nike, Urban Outfitters do that? Why? How about Garmin (say, for their GPS systems), Lego (toys), Amazon (for the Kindle), the US Navy (for non-armament items), Fiji Water or Evian for bottling or distribution, Disney for its merchandize? McDonald’s for condiments, or cups, paper wraps? How about for the hamburger buns? Why?
Please be concise and do not exceed 1 page for this question. You don’t need to go over each of these companies but please cite examples (from this group or other companies) to illustrate, support, or clarify your arguments. Note the question says “companies like Li & Fung” not just Li & Fung itself.

Basically, I have to write what type of companies should use network orchestration by hiring orchestrators like Li & Fung, Majid Al Futtaim, Dubai World, Amathus, and Ackermans & van Haaren, and what type of companies shouldn’t hire them.
