Brief report on Risk management office regarding employee in house education acc

Brief report on Risk management office regarding employee in house education accreditation training with RELIAS an online learning program. I want to attach in the report a graph which show the percentage of employees who have started training assignments a percentage who have not. I can get information out of Relias learning report system. I also need to add in my report a short summary on a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for capturing all patient photos in our Electronic Health Records that the Risk office is working on.
