You are the owner of this new company and you have some important decisions to make to get things moving in the right direction. In your paper, I want you to discuss which type of business formation you will be pursing and why. Be specific about the type of business (S Corp, C Corp, LLC, Sole-Proprietorship, etc.) Include pros and cons to the business formation type you have chosen.
