A final report shall be written about “Risk Management”
I am interested more about project performance evaluation based on critical objectives (time, cost, quality, and safety).
I have attached a paper that was published early this year in an ASCE journal. You can follow the methodology of that paper in the report. this paper is written on building construction project.
Format:
Template is attached. Also one old final report (but different subject) is attached, to know and utilize same format (graphs, pictures, tables,….etc)
