Analysis of leadership Scenario

Analyse, evaluate and explain your informed observations and reflections
on the effectiveness of the Transformational Leadership and Management handling
by the Government of Jamaica Covid-19 crisis which was aimed at
influencing and inspiring radical attitudinal and behavioural change in:
– Lowering the Public’s high level of panic,
fear and uncertainty
– The appropriateness of the leadership styles
and emotional intelligence competencies demonstrated
– The
degree of observed voluntary public compliance to government directives versus
government’s enforced public compliance (curfews, lockdowns, fines etc.) with
the public safety regulations and what in your opinion could have been done
more effectively.
