1A draft= I come from a small district in Chhattisgarh called Bhilai and I am from a commerce background. The place I come from maybe small but not my dreams and ambitions. I aim to become one of the top businesswomen in the world. I’ve studied subjects like Business Management, Financial Accounting, etc. I’m a cheerful person, a hard worker, and a highly motivated learner. I believe that if humans truly understand each other and work together, we can reach greater heights. Teamwork is an amazing thing. I’m the type of person who never gives up. For me, ‘Failure’ is just a small part of ‘Success’. If there are failures, I feel that there is lot of room for improvement. I keep analyzing my thought process, my decisions, etc to make me an improved version of myself every single day. These are some of my beliefs and perspectives. I’m highly interested in the business field. It all started when I decided to start a company of my own. I already had exposure to business management, financial accounting, etc from my course in B.Com but I started reading articles on startups, old and new companies, economy, ideas. Slowly, I got attached more and more to the business world. After the COVID-19 pandemic, I was extra sure about my career path. During times like this, we need leaders/entrepreneurs who can solve the BIG problems that arise in the world. My ultimate goal is to create a better place on earth by providing solutions to the problems we’re facing through business administration. The business world is huge. To understand where I stand and how I need to proceed further, I need to do an MBA degree in one of the best institutes where I can get a lot of exposure . Along with the education, all the like-minded aspirants will be gathered in one place which is the best environment for me to grow . I believe BITSoM stands toe to toe with other top institutes in India because of the founders and faculty behind it. It’d be a great honor if I can call myself a part of the BITSoM family

1B draft=I’m highly competitive. I hate when people look down on others or when people say “You can’t”. During high school, my math teacher started insulting me because I was weak at maths. He said I’d fail in life, I had no hope and I can’t achieve anything in life. That’s when I decided to ace my math exam, to prove him wrong. I studied day and night, I went through basic mathematic books, asked the toppers tons of doubts. I did not give up on any problem until I completely understood it. I aced the exam. The teacher’s attitude changed all of the sudden. He started praising me for improving. But this was the least surprising thing for me at that moment. What surprised me more was, from being not able to do a simple math problem, I went and aced the math exam. I learnt that all it took, was proper analysis and effort. I learnt that if one person can achieve something, I can too. This thought process opened up a whole new world for me, full of possibilities. I started believing more in myself. I got more confident in the things I do. I started learning things with more confidence. I believe that confidence is a very important skill for a person to have in order to achieve their goals. That incident taught me how to tackle problems that come my way, how to believe more in myself and it helped me with the right thinking process.
